About me
Lou Stagnitto is an organizational development consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams work more strategically, communicate more effectively, and align around common goals. He currently serves as Director of the Interfaith Solar Campaign, which partners with houses of worship across the country to navigate the process of going solar — connecting faith communities with contractors and financiers, and supporting them every step of the way. Lou's career spans healthcare, nonprofit, and community sectors, where he has designed and facilitated strategic planning sessions, led large-scale change management initiatives, and coached executives on improving organizational performance. He holds a Master's degree in Whole Systems Design and Organizational Systems Renewal from Antioch University, Seattle, and is certified in AIM (Accelerated Implementation Methodology). He has also completed Project Management training through George Washington University's School of Business. Throughout his career, Lou has brought a facilitative, people-centered approach to strategic challenges — helping organizations slow down long enough to find clarity, direction, and the accountability structures needed to move forward with purpose. He brings that same approach to the solar industry, where the pace of change makes intentional planning not just valuable, but essential.
