About me
Phoebe Thums joined Craft3 as an Executive Vice President and Indian Country Strategist in 2024. In this role, Phoebe builds relationships and partnerships with Tribes, Native-serving organizations, and Native entrepreneurs throughout the Pacific NW, with a goal of expanding access to capital to strengthen Tribal and Native economies.
Phoebe is a proud member of the Hopi Tribe and is committed to breaking down systems of oppression to build healthy, strong, and resilient communities. She believes Native values and cultures can be honored and amplified when economic development is intentionally planned and built around authentic, trusting relationships.
Previously, Phoebe was a Nonprofit Relationship Banking Officer and Social Impact Director at regional bank. When she’s not at work, Phoebe enjoys travelling, checking out the local food scene, volunteering, and working out. Phoebe is based in Portland, Oregon.
