Caroline Moore serves as the Energy Program Director at the Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC). Caroline has experience working on several sides Oregon’s utility sector, including eight years as Oregon PUC Staff, supporting clean energy development and customer solutions at Pacific Power, and in the renewable markets industry prior to that.
