Meghan Craig is a Leadership Advisor and Founder of Regenerative Edge, where she works with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity, change, and high-stakes decision-making.
She spent nearly a decade in the renewable energy sector, shaping distributed solar and workforce development initiatives across the Pacific Northwest with organizations including Spark Northwest and OSSIA. Her work focused on building programs, partnerships, and industry pathways that expanded access and supported the growth of clean energy.
Through that experience, she saw a consistent pattern: even in a highly technical and policy-driven industry, the most difficult challenges were often leadership and decision-making challenges.
Today, Meghan works at the intersection of leadership and system change, helping leaders make clear, grounded decisions in uncertain conditions, without defaulting to urgency, overextension, or reactive action. Her work reflects a necessary shift in how leadership is practiced in complex, rapidly changing environments - toward more sustainable outcomes for people and planet.
