Lindsay McClure is the Energy & Project Manager at Mid-Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD), which serves six counties in northern Oregon and southern Washington along the Columbia River Gorge. At MCEDD, Lindsay’s portfolio includes community energy resilience planning and implementation work, leading an EPA-funded brownfields revitalization program, supporting implementation of the Hood River County Energy Plan, and more. Lindsay grew up in Hood River, OR and is passionate about ensuring that households throughout our region have access to clean, affordable, and reliable energy.
