Tamara Sinensky is an experienced leader in the distributed energy resource (DER) industry, bringing nine years of hands‑on expertise in grid services, virtual power plants (VPPs), and demand‑side flexibility. She has worked across product development, operations, and market strategy to scale programs that integrate behind‑the‑meter storage, smart devices, and flexible load into utility and wholesale‑market operations. In her role at SolarEdge she oversees all programs, partnerships, products and operations in North America – representing 17 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. She holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on renewable energy systems and a Graduate Certificate in Energy Analysis and Policy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
