All solar installers in Oregon need to be licensed as a Limited Renewable Technician (LRT) or Electrician. OSSIA administers the LRT apprentice program and will explain how your company can become a Training Agent and start hiring apprentices. If you are interested in becoming an apprentice, we will go through the application requirements and steps to join the program.
